2. Our Services

BizFlo is a cloud-based Business Management Platform that provides CRM, Billing, Inventory, Employee Management, Payroll, GST, Marketing, AI features, WhatsApp Automation, and other business productivity tools.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Use BizFlo only for lawful business purposes.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain BizFlo features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Free trial users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, source code, trademarks, logos, and content available on BizFlo remain the exclusive property of BizFlo and its licensors. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data uploaded to BizFlo. We process your data solely to provide our services and improve platform performance.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, BizFlo does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

BizFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

11. Third-Party Integrations

BizFlo may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp Cloud API, Google services, SMS providers, accounting services, and cloud infrastructure providers. Their respective terms also apply when using those integrations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
